Next, we meet in your home, where we will move through each room with care, listening closely to your needs and observing the details that give your space its character. Together, we uncover the possibilities. We look for ways of enhancing flow, function, and the subtle nuances that make a home uniquely yours. This consultation becomes the foundation for a proposal crafted specifically for you, one that reflects the project’s scope, budget, and creative direction with clarity, intention, and refinement.
Consultation and Site Visit
Following the consultation, we prepare a tailored proposal outlining scope, investment, and the creative direction for your project. Once approved, we begin the Discovery & Preparation phase, gathering floor plans, inspiration, and the details that will inform our design approach. You’ll also receive an initial schedule and project overview, ensuring clarity and intention from the very first step.
Onboarding & Proposal
The design journey begins with a personalized style exploration guided by our Creative Director herself. We transform your aspirations into a unified vision, carefully selecting materials, finishes, custom furnishings, and nuanced details that shape the character of your home. Through immersive presentations, including renderings, samples, and elevations, you’ll see your space fully realized before it comes to life.
Creative Development
Once designs are approved, our team manages every detail of procurement and project execution. We collaborate with trusted local artisans, builders, trade partners to ensure exacting standards at every stage. Each piece passes through a white-glove receiving process before installation, allowing us to uphold the highest level of quality while your home is quietly prepared behind the scenes.

We request that you be off-site during this time, allowing for an uninterrupted creative process and a memorable final reveal. On installation day, our team will arrive early to oversee every detail. Furniture is placed with precision, art and lighting are hung to perfection, and textiles, rugs, and accessories are layered with careful attention to scale, texture, and flow. Every corner is assessed for balance and harmony, ensuring the space feels complete and cohesive. But installation is more than just placement. We fine-tune each element, adjusting layouts, lighting, and styling to create moments of surprise, intimacy, and ease. We consider the way sunlight moves through rooms, how circulation feels, and even the emotional impact of a space.
